Participating Agency and Equity Investor Application Documents for Grow Maine

Application materials are provided below for all new and recycled SSBCI fund transactions.

Save and email your completed forms to grow@FAMEmaine.com. You may also print a copy of your completed forms for your records.

Recycled SSBCI Funds: FAME and its partner organizations will begin to redeploy returned SSBCI funds into new SSBCI-compliant investments.

New SSBCI Fund Transactions

Eligible businesses may still apply for funding from the initial SSBCI investment allocation through a participating Grow Maine lender.

Recycled SSBCI Fund Transactions

Returned SSBCI funds are now available to be redeployed into new SSBCI-compliant investments.

Every participating agency should have received a Participation Agreement Amendment from FAME. Your institution is required to sign and return the Participation Agreement Amendment prior to applying for any recycled funds.
