Application instructions and materials are provided below for all SSBCI fund transactions.

New SSBCI Fund Transactions
While the initial SSBCI allocated funds have mostly been disbursed, participating Grow Maine lenders with eligible borrowers may still apply for direct loan funding as it remains available.
All of following forms must be completed to submit an application for a new SSBCI fund transaction.

Recycled SSBCI Fund Transactions
Returned SSBCI funds are now available for Grow Maine partners to redeploy into new SSBCI-compliant investments.
Where Loan or Investment is specified on the list below, you only need to complete the version of the document relevant to your application. All other forms listed are required to be completed for both Loan and Investment applications.
Your institution is required to sign and return the Participation Agreement Amendment provided by FAME prior to applying for any recycled funds.
