Eligibility: Waterville Woman's Association offers needs-based scholarships for first-time and reapplying applicants. First-time scholarships are for graduating high school senior women from Lawrence, Messalonskee, Waterville, or Winslow High Schools who plan to attend an accredited nonprofit postsecondary institution in Maine during the next academic year. Reapply scholarships are for current college students who've previously received a Waterville Woman's Association scholarship.
The applicant must meet the following requirements:
1. Must have been accepted by an accredited non-profit postsecondary institution within the State of Maine.
2. Must demonstrate financial need.
3. Must submit an application no later than May 1 and include all supporting documents.
4. Must be a full-time student for the 2023-2024 academic year.

Application Process:
Applications must be submitted prior to the deadline and must include ALL supporting documents. All correspondence will only be between the applicant and the Association.

How is this Awarded? Applications are reviewed by the scholarship committee of the WWA and awards are made based on need.
