Tyler Technologies Maine App Challenge Scholarship
1. You are a Maine-resident student attending high school or participating in a high school-level homeschool program (grades 9-12) in the state of Maine.
2. You are at least 13 years old at the time of submission.
3. You are not a child, stepchild, or household member of any person employed by Tyler Technologies or Educate Maine, and you are not a child, stepchild, or household member of a Maine App Challenge judge.
4. You have signed an App Challenge Participation, Consent and Release form ("Consent") and submitted it with your submission. If you are under the age of 18 years old, you have informed your parent(s) or legal guardian of your desire to participate, and your Consent has been signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Submission Requirements
Your submission must contain the following items:
◾Your App — Either a link to your app or to a file to load onto a device
◾Your Video — link to YouTube
App
Apps must run on iOS or Android. See below for submission requirements.
◾For Android Submissions: ◾A .APK File
◾For iOS Submissions: ◾The XCode project root directory containing the .xcodeproj file and all subsequent files/folders
◾For Code.org Submissions: ◾A URL to the app
Video Presentation
As part of the challenge, you are required to design and produce a video that lets your target audience know what your app can do for them.
A few things to remember:
◾The video duration should not exceed 5 minutes.
◾Each member of your team must participate in some capacity, whether it be writing, filming, editing, or appearing onscreen. Remember to acknowledge any non-team members who help you.
◾The video must be uploaded to YouTube in accordance with the submission guidelines.
◾Be creative! We leave the design and approach completely up to you.
