Montello-Sawyer Memorial Scholarship

Any Maine member of the Appraisal Institute who is seeking a designation with the Appraisal Institute or seeking licensure.
Scholarship Amount: Up to 3 scholarships awarded per year for $1500

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.

Scholarships are awarded based on financial need and good standing in the Appraisal Institute organization. Applicants must submit a one-page letter on why they would like to be considered for this scholarship. Applications will be reviewed, and the final applicant selected by the Scholarship Committee of The Maine Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. The members of that committee will be the Maine Standing Committee, and one member of each of the Montello and Sawyer families.

Applications are available throughout the year but must be submitted by June 1st of the award year.
