Maine 4-H Foundation Post Secondary Scholarships

Eligibility: Qualified candidates must be: 1) a current member of 4-H who currently active in 4-H activities; and 2) a graduating senior or an individual who has graduated from high school but has delayed post-secondary school for no more than one year.

Scholarship Amount: $1,000

How is this Awarded: A committee of the 4-H Foundation reviews applications and selects recipients. Awards to graduating high school seniors are based primarily on academic achievement and 4-H activities. The scholarships are not renewable.

Application Process:

High school applicants must submit an application, a high school transcript, essay “How has 4-H shaped my life” and 4-H resume, and a letter of recommendation from a 4-H leader or educator.
