James V. Day Scholarship, Maine American Legion Past Commander's Club
Eligibility: Sons, daughters, grandsons, and granddaughters of veterans who belong to an American Legion Post in Maine and who are graduating high school seniors; currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate college students; or non-traditional students returning to school.Scholarship Amount: $500
How is this Awarded: A committee of judges who are affiliated with the American Legion review applications and select scholarship recipients.
