The Georgetown Working League Scholarships

Eligibility: Applicant must be a Georgetown, Maine resident and have applied to or been accepted at an accredited school for advanced education-trade school, college or university.

Scholarship Amount: $1,000-$2,000 each for the following scholarships:Josephine Hooker Shain Scholarship, Georgetown Working League Scholarship, Woodex Bearing Company Scholarship, Riggs Cove Foundation Scholarship, Benjamin Riggs Scholarship, Robinhood Marine Center Scholarship, Georgetown Community Scholarship.

How is this Awarded: Committee review of application, essay, most recent school transcript, and copy of college acceptance letter, if applicable. Scholarship recipients will be notified of award by June 1st.
