Open to a high school graduate who is a resident of the town of Moscow.Application Process
Applications are available from the high school guidance office and from the Town of Moscow Selectmen’s Office, 110 Canada Road, Moscow, Maine 04920 Tel: (207) 672-4834 Fax: (207) 672-3701.
There is no specific deadline for this scholarship—applicants can apply on a rolling basis up to two years post-high school graduation.
This scholarship is renewable for up to four years. Scholarship payment is made to the school upon completion of the first semester.
