Financial companies choose how they share your personal information. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some but not all sharing since financial companies need to share customers’ personal information to run their everyday business. All data that is collected and shared is protected by strict rules around privacy, confidentiality, and security.

Federal law requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information.

Review FAME’s Financial Services Privacy Policy.

Opt Out

To opt-out of having your data shared beyond what is required to conduct everyday transactions on your account, complete FAME’s Data Sharing Opt-Out Form.

Does your child have an Alfond Grant?

As indicated in our Financial Services Privacy Policy, FAME may share your contact information with the Alfond Scholarship Foundation (ASF) so they can communicate information with you about the Alfond Grant. If you would like to limit aspects of our data sharing with ASF in the future, please complete and submit the opt-out form using the link above.

If there is an open NextGen account with your child as the designated beneficiary, the NextGen account owner will also need to complete an opt-out form to limit data sharing by FAME.

If your child has an Alfond Grant, FAME may have already shared your information with the Alfond Scholarship Foundation (ASF) as provided by our privacy policy. ASF maintains their own privacy policy and opt out procedures separately and apart from FAME on their website.
