Eligibility Requirements
Undergraduate and graduate students from the University of Maine System who are matriculating toward a degree in teaching special education, preferably in the area of severe disabilities. Preference may be given to applicants following a nontraditional path to the profession.Application Process

The following will be considered: GPA, work experience with people with disabilities (paid and/or volunteer), resume, and “statement of commitment” to working with students with disabilities.
