Request for Proposal: Student Loan Repayment Tax Credit (SLRTC) Marketing
The Finance Authority of Maine (FAME) is seeking proposals from interested and qualified parties to market Maine’s Student Loan Repayment Tax Credit statewide to potentially eligible audiences, including remote workers, employers, high schools, post-secondary educational institutions, organizations of parents, teachers, and others. Marketing efforts can include printed and/or electronic materials, online information, and in-person and remote promotional efforts.
Proposals must be submitted to the RFP Coordinator Bill Norbert via email.
Proposal submissions must be received no later than 5:00 PM EDT on November 30, 2026.
Proposals not submitted to the RFP Coordinator’s e-mail address by this deadline will not be considered for the contract award.
