DESCRIPTION:We’ve all worked with students whose situation doesn’t fit 
 into a neat box. The FAFSA accommodates many of these situations and we’
 ll start by discussing the situations that are already built into the FAFS
 A. We’ll then focus on some of the many changes coming to the FAFSA form
  that will make it easier for students who face certain challenges\, inclu
 ding those who are homeless or where there is no contact with the parent o
 r contact poses a risk to the student. Additionally\, we’ll share recent
  guidance from the Department of Education that provides colleges and univ
 ersities with more flexibility when working with students who face these c
