  • Our beautiful oceanside campus is a great location to pursue your academic career. Southern Maine Community College is a comprehensive regional educational institution. We offer over 40 career and technical programs/majors. All of our associate degrees are tranferable to four year colleges and universities, both in Maine and beyond. Unlike many other community colleges, SMCC offers student housing - just steps from the beach! We have residence halls, excellent athletic programs, and many clubs and activities in which our students can participate. We are located on an 80-acre campus at Spring Point and Willard Beach on Casco Bay in South Portland, Maine.

Tuition Full-Time:   $2580

Tuition Part-Time:   $86 per credit hour
