NextGen Client Select Series is offered to investors who seek professional advice. The Select Series currently offers 28 investment options, including portfolios offered by BlackRock Investment Management LLC, Franklin Templeton Investments, Massachusetts Financial Services Company, Allianz Global Investors Solutions LLC, Eaton Vance Management, Thornburg Investment Management, Inc., and a principal protected option. The Client Select Series provides for A Units or C Units. Each unit class has a different fee and expense structure.
