FAME provides a secure portal for institutions to verify student enrollment status and request payment for State programs. This portal offers a fast, accurate and fully automated method for verifying student enrollment status, requesting payments and reconciling rosters.

Please complete the forms below and return to FAME. You will receive a username and password.
Institutions that use this portal are offered two online options:
- Direct Electronic File Transfer - Schools submit a file verifying enrollment, eligibility and requesting payment (Maine schools only).
- Online Verification - Schools view the FAME generated roster online, update eligibility information, confirm enrollment and request payment.
Please note that not all of our programs are available online for student verification and payment requests. Currently, only the following programs are available online:
- State of Maine Grant Program
- Educators for Maine Program
- GEAR UP Scholarship Program
All other FAME administered programs are verified by paper rosters. We are working to update our system to allow online verification for all of our programs.
