FAME is here to help you serve your students and their families as they prepare, apply, and pay for education after high school. We offer a wide variety of free training opportunities such as webinars and training events for school counselors, college access advisors, financial aid counselors and administrators.
Education Portal Information Center (EPIC) is available to colleges and universities as a way to verify students and request funds for several of the Maine financial aid programs administered by FAME.
As you may have heard, big changes are coming to the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) next year. The FAFSA will be available to students and their families three months earlier than in the past – on October 1 instead of January 1. FAME is here to help you with this transition. Find tools and training to help you guide your students and families.
Webinars and Presentations
FAME’s Wednesday Webinars are typically presented on the second Wednesday of every month. The intended audience is school counselors, college access advisors, financial aid counselors and anyone who works with students pursuing higher education.
