If the NextGen Account owner’s family adjusted gross income in 2006 was $57,000 or less and either the account owner or the account beneficiary are a Maine resident, return the 2007 NextGen Annual Matching Grant Certification to FAME and receive a 50% match on the contributions made in 2006 to your NextGen account (up to a maximum annual award of $200). Only one matching grant per beneficiary will be awarded each year.

IMPORTANT:  The 2007 Certification must be received by FAME on or before December 31, 2007.
