Client Select Series Unit Class Options

The Client Select Series provides for A Units or C Units. Each Unit Class has a different fee and expense structure. Consult with a participating Financial Adviser for more complete information.
Each account bears certain on-going portfolio fees, which are charged against the assets of the portfolio to provide for the costs associated with the distribution, servicing and administration of the account.

FEE REBATE REMINDER: If either the NextGen account owner or the NextGen beneficiary is a Maine resident, an amount equal to approximately the annual Maine Administration Fee (15 basis points or 0.15 of one percent of the net asset value of the account) paid during 2010 will be automatically rebated back to the NextGen account in January of 2011. Only accounts with an account value of $1,000 or more at the end of the calendar year are eligible to receive a fee rebate or waiver.

Annual account Maintenance Fee is waived, for all NextGen accounts established where either the account owner or the account beneficiary is a resident of Maine; or at least $2,500 in contributions was made to the account in a fee year; or the value of the account at the end of a fee year is at least $20,000.
